CEMS (Coffee Export Management and Facilitation System) is the official digital platform designed to facilitate the entire Papua New Guinea coffee export chain—from exporters, freight forwarders, to the Naqia certification body—in one integrated, transparent, and efficient ecosystem.
To register, you'll need a valid company license number, an active company email address, contact information, and complete company information. All information will be verified before the account is fully activated.
This platform supports digital management of export documents: Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, Packing List, and other customs documents — all can be filed, tracked, and archived through a single dashboard.
Company data is protected with industry-standard encryption. All transactions and documents are recorded in an audit trail that cannot be tampered with. The platform meets international export compliance standards and Papua New Guinea trade regulations.
